Return and Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

Our policy is for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received the product, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange, unfortunately.

If, within 24 hours of placing your order on weekdays, you change your mind, we will refund you directly.

We process orders only 24 hours after they have been placed in order to be able to take into account errors and changes in customer opinion. After this period, if the order has been processed, we will no longer be able to reimburse you in the event of a change of mind before the product has been delivered, received and returned to the address that we have communicated to you.

To qualify for a return on your order, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging, at your expense, to the address that we will communicate to you.

In order to make a return, we will verify your order using your order number and/or any other information you used when placing your order. This is usually your email address.

To validate your return, you have two options. Either we receive the parcel at the return address that we have given you, or you send us proof in the form of a scan or photo showing that the return has been made to the address indicated. In the first case, the consignment should not be addressed to the manufacturer. In the second case, a postal receipt or a dispatch ticket can be accepted.

We may ask you to wait until we have received the package rather than send us proof of return. As part of a refund request, an inspection of the package may be necessary. This inspection will take place before we process the refund, if applicable.

If you receive an item and you indicate that it is damaged, and you want a refund, but you refuse to send us a picture of the item you received, then we will ask you to send the item back to us. at a specified address so that we can inspect it.

Once we have received the package, the refund will be made (or not) after inspection. Indeed, after inspection, we may find that the item is in good condition. We will inform you of this using a photo and/or video, and in this case we will refuse the refund.

We understand that this procedure may seem excessive. However, some people have been dishonest in the past, and we can no longer just take their word for it. We're sorry about that, but we do our best to handle every return case and refund request fairly.

During any refund, a fee of €2 will be charged per order to cover the costs incurred by platforms and payment processors.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt. Then we will notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a timeframe beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as the refund procedure is launched on our side.

If the refund is overdue or not showing in your account, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card issuer. There may indeed be a delay before the refund is officially posted.

If you have followed these steps and still have not received your refund, please email Galartaura@gmail.com . Our customer service will check if you have followed the steps mentioned. If so, our team will verify the information in our database.

We are sorry to request these additional steps, but we want to give maximum attention to your requests. We waste a lot of time when applications are not accompanied by these steps. We do our best to answer every return and refund request thoroughly.

In the case of sale items, if a refund is granted, it will be made on the price of the sale item as purchased by the customer, and not on the normal price.

Regarding exchanges, we only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If so, and you would like to exchange the item for the same, please email us at Galartaura@gmail.com .

For items received as a gift that you wish to return, if the item was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the item, we will send you a gift certificate by e-mail.

If the item was not identified as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item before giving it to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift purchaser , who will be notified that you have returned the item.

For returns, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return costs will be deducted from it.

The time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary depending on your place of residence.

If you are shipping an item with a value of €30 or more, we recommend that you use a trackable delivery service or opt for insurance when shipping. We cannot guarantee receipt of the item you return to us.
